Degree in Sales Management and Marketing

Presentation

Students acquire general economic and business skills, with specialisations in sales management and marketing, equipping them to work in research, planning, execution and control of business strategies, and other sales and marketing functions in companies and other institutions, in Spain and abroad.

At UAX

Students are taught Sales Management through subjects such as Consumer Behaviour, Sales Communications and Sales and Distribution Management, and specialise in subjects such as International Marketing and Event Organisation.  In the final year, all the knowledge acquired is put into practice in internships and the final degree project (Marketing Plan).

Lecturers

The teaching staff consists of academics and professionals with wide-ranging professional experience. Lecturers regularly take part in training courses in skills and knowledge relating to all functional business areas, enabling them to teach students effective skills for their professional development, with special emphasis on sales.

What makes our University different

The University Extension Programme gives students inside access to Sales Management and Marketing. They are invited to take part in study trips and visit businesses such as Inditex or El Corte Inglés. They also visit different commercial centres in the region to analyse communication and distribution policies.

Employment Opportunities

Sales Management and Marketing graduates can work as sales and marketing directors and product managers, or managers in the areas of distribution, sales departments, large accounts, expansion or project managers in market research. They can also work as heads of merchandising, publicists, media directors, statistical consultants, etc.
