Degree in Business Administration and Management

Presentation

This degree offers students effective training, equipping them to work in business management and consultancy in companies and other public and private institutions, in general business areas or in more specialised spheres (finance, accounting, human resources, production and marketing), or to run their own businesses.

At UAX

In the first year basic training is given in subjects such as Business Organisation and Administration, and Business Mathematics. Starting with the second year, more specific subjects are taught, such as Company Accounting and Costs, Sales Management, Market research, etc. In the fourth year, all the knowledge acquired is put into practice in internships and the final degree project.

Lecturers

The teaching staff consists of academics and lecturers with wide-ranging professional experience, enabling students to acquire up-to-date knowledge and skills for managing all areas of business.
Practical Training

For the integrated training of UAX students, each subject in the study plan includes internal practical work based on case studies and situations. There are also internships in companies of recognised prestige and experience in training undergraduates, such as Grupo Santander, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.

What makes our University different

Students learn organisation skills and how to transmit their conclusions in spoken and written form. They also learn the values of businesses with social, economic, and environmental awareness and ethical commitments.   The spirit of enterprise is encouraged through conferences, seminars and symposiums, in collaboration with local and regional institutions.

Employment Opportunities

These graduates have some of the best career prospects, as not only can they work for others, but they have all the skills and knowledge needed to launch business initiatives of every kind. This degree provides solid preparation for the demands of increasingly competitive and selective markets.
