Language requirements and courses for exchange students

With the exception of some subjects belonging to the degree in Translation and Interpreting, lectures and seminars are given in Spanish. Furthermore, the University offers free courses of Spanish language for foreigners throughout the academic year, so that exchange students can fit into the university life without any difficulty. It should, however, be pointed out that exchange students should have a minimum Spanish language knowledge (at least in speaking and writing), before starting their studies at Alfonso X el Sabio university.
